What is the AAST Student Portal?

The AAST Student Portal is an online web-based platform that serves as a gateway for students where students can easily access important academic-related information.

How to access the AAST Student Portal?

Students can access the AAST Student Portal through the online website by using a web browser. The process is very easy. Please follow the below steps.

You can access the student portal in three ways.

1. Visit the official website https://aast.edu/en/ and click the Student link in the top bar.
2. Visit the student portal through the direct link https://studentportal.aast.edu/
3. There is a Login option at the top left corner in the top bar. Click the Student link under the Login option to open the Student portal login page.

AAST Student Portal Login

You can easily log in to your student account by using your Registration number and PIN code. Please follow the below steps.

1. Visit the AAST student portal login page at https://studentportal.aast.edu/Login.
2. You will see a login page (as shown below).

3. Enter your registration number and PIN code in the login form.
4. Select the “Remember Me” checkbox if you are using a personal device.
5. Click the Login button to access your account.

Forgot password or can’t log in?

If you forgot your password then you can easily reset your password through the link available on the login page. Just enter your registration number and click the Forgot password link just below the login form. You will get an email including instructions on how to reset your password.

AAST Online Registration

Registration takes place one week before the beginning of the semester, students must personally undertake registration procedures for their courses. Students must strictly abide by all the rules stated in the registration instruction brochure.

Step 1: First, visit the AAST online registration web page.

Step 2: On this page, click the “Online Course Registration for AASTMT Students” link or visit this page directly at http://www.aast.edu/en/idc_apps/reg_paths.php.

Here you will find links to different AASTMT campuses such as:

Step 3: Click the link for your campus. You will be redirected to the online registration page.

Step 4: Enter your Registration Number and Personal Identification Number (PIN) to log in to the online registration portal.

Step 5: After login, you will find links for.

• Online Registration
• Print Unofficial Transcript
• Print Guidance Card (Permanent)
• Print Schedule

Click the Online Registration link to start the registration process.

Step 6: Select the “Change Registered Courses” tab and add courses one by one. After adding courses, click the Save edit button and schedule your classes. You will see the Valid Schedule.

Finally, save all changes and you will get a successful message that “The final registration has been implemented“. You will also find the Print Schedule and Print Guidance Card link on the screen. You can now take a printout of your final schedule.

AAST Tuition Fees details and payment process:

Tuition fees vary according to different courses and students. Tuition fees for Students from supporting countries are less than those for students from other countries.

Further, AAST also has three student categories, Category A, Category B, and Category C. These categories are determined based on the student’s percentage of marks.

For example,

Payment of Fees:

Fees may be paid via bank transfer to AAST – CIB account, with the student’s name & registration number, clearly stated to the following accounts in (CIB) Smouha Branch:

Fees may be paid in cash in all branches of Qatar National Bank (QNB) in Egypt.

How to make fee payments?

Now students can pay their fees online mode through the official university website. Online payment is a secure method of paying fees and students can easily pay their fees without visiting any office.

• Visit the online fee payment page at https://aastmtic2.aast.edu/QNB/Tution.aspx.
• Enter your Registration Number and Tuition Number.
• Press the View Tution Details button. Tuition fee details will be shown on the screen.
• Make an online payment to pay your fee.

Note: The electronic payment of wallets in foreign currency is limited only to holders of credit cards issued outside the Arab Republic of Egypt.

AAST Staff Portal Login

There is a separate web portal for the Staff/employees of the Arab Academy for Science, Technology & Maritime Transport. All employees and staff can log in to this portal and access various services such as results entry, assisting students, etc. Staff can log in with the help of the below steps.

1. Visit the official website aast.edu/en/.
2. Click the Faculty & Staff link in the top right corner.
3. You can also visit the Staff portal directly at staffportal.aast.edu.
4. Enter your Employee Number and Password in the login form.
5. Press the Login button to access the Staff portal dashboard page.
