Bronson My Chart
Bronson MyChart or Bronson patient portal is an Electronic version of patients’ health data and all patients can access their Electronic Health records online by logging in to their MyChart account anytime anywhere as per their convenience.

Recently Bronson Health shared when to use the emergency care option and when to use the regular care option. Bronson Health shared, “Non-life-threatening and minor illnesses and injuries can be handled at immediate care offices like Bronson FastCare in Kalamazoo or Urgent Care in Battle Creek.1“
“For immediate care, you can request an On Demand Video Visit from your mobile device any time from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.” Bronson Health also suggested checking through the Bronson MyChart Symptom Checker self-triage tool to find appropriate care options for select, non-urgent medical conditions based on your responses

There are different ways to access your MyChart Bronson account.

1-Login through a web browser:

2-Login through the Bronson Mychart app:
Bronson has developed a customized mobile app where patients can use their MyChart login credentials to access their accounts. To log in, you will have to first download the mobile app and after that, you can easily access your account.

- Click the Access MyChart link.
- On the next search form, search for Bronson and you will find the Bronson sign-in and Sign Up links in the search results.

There are two ways to Sign Up on Bronson MyChart.
- Sign Up through an activation code
- Online Sign-Up
1-Sign Up through an activation code:
Step 1: Bronson my chart sign-up process can be completed very easily through the official website. Visit the Bronson MyChart website.
Step 2: Click the Sign-Up link available on the right side below the login form. On the next page, you will find an online form to Sign Up through an activation code (as shown below).
Step 3: Once you see the Sign-Up form, enter your activation code, Social Security Number (last four digits), and date of birth, and click the Next button.
The system will verify the information in the online database. If the entered information matches with the file records you will be redirected to the next step.
Note: The activation code is generally written on the billing statement. Sometimes it is sent through an email also.
Step 4: In the further steps you can create a username and password to access your account every time you want to log in. Complete the additional security settings if required and finish the registration process.
2-Online Sign Up:
If you don’t receive an invitation code then you can open your new account by filling out an online registration form. Please check the below steps.
Step 1: Again open the Sign Up through activation code page and click the Sign Up Online link available on the right side.
Step 2: You will see an online registration form where you will have to verify your identity by entering your demographic information. Fill out this sign-up form and submit it for the verification process.
Step 3: In the next step answer some simple questions. After that, you can create a new username and password for your account.
After creating a username and password you are now ready to log in and access your health record online.

Bronson Healthcare also shared the benefits of using the Electronic Health Record service by Bronsin Mychart in a blog post on April 01, 20222. Bronson Healthcare shared below points why Mychart is a better EHR option.

Bronson Healthcare also launched the MyChart Bedside inpatient app in February 2023 to help patients after completing a pilot project in 2022 at Bronson LakeView Hospital and Bronson South Haven Hospital in Van Buren County3.
Bronson Healthcare shared in a blog post, “With MyChart Bedside, we are creating a more connected and informed hospital experience, that our patients and their loved ones have already embraced with Bronson MyChart for the past decade in their ambulatory care experience with us.” says Ash Goel, MD, Senior VP, CIO at Bronson. “Healthcare is complex and always changing. Update February 2024: Patients are now able to see their medical and diagnostics images through their Bronson Mychart account. This functionality is provided by Bronson’s imaging partner Change Healthcare. Bronson Healthcare shared this news on its official website on February 28, 2024[4].

How to pay the Bronson Health bill?
Patients can use the easy bill payment facility through the Bronson MyChart account 7. Now all new patients will be enrolled in the paperless statement so that they can receive an electronic version of the billing statement.
Bill payment through MyChart:
- Open the MyChart login page.
- Login to Bronson MyChart by using your username and password.
- Visit the Menu section and click the Billing summary link.
- Select Account Summary and click the Pay Now button.
- You can use any available payment method to pay your medical bill.
Pay a bill as a guest:

FAQs
How does Bronson Health Two-Factor Authentication work?
Two-factor authentication provides an extra layer of security to MyChart users. After enabling the 2FA users will receive a security code on their mobile or email as per their preferred destination and this code is required to log in on a new device.
To enable a two-factor authentication please check the below steps.
i-Login to your MyChart account and navigate to Menu -> Security Settings -> Account Settings and enable the Two-Step Verification option.
ii- Select mobile or email ID to receive a security code.
iii-Enter the security code to enable the 2FA.
iv-If it is your device then you can select “Skip this step next time: and there will be no need to enter the security code to log on to your device.
If you will use any other device then you will have to enter the security code again to access your MyChart account.
How can I reset myChart Bronson Health password?
The Bronson Mychart reset password facility is available on the login page. Please check the below steps for more details.
i-Open the login page of MyChart for Bronson Health and click the Forgot Password link.
ii-On the next password reset page, you will have to enter some account-related information to verify your account. Enter the MyChart username, Social Security Number (last four digits), and date of birth and press the Next button.
iii-Based on the entered information an email will be sent to the email address which is associated with this information.
iv-A password reset link will be sent along with the email and patients can create a new password by clicking that password reset link.
How can I recover my Bronson Health MyChart Username?
This process is also similar to the above password resetting process. Please follow the below steps.
i- On the login page, click the Forgot Username link.
ii-On the next screen, you will see a username recovery form which will help you to recover your username.
iii-Enter all asked information in the form such as first name, last name, last four digits of SSN, and date of birth.
iv-After entering all information hit the Next button. The username will be sent to the registered email address.
