Note: Chamberlain University is using the Okta on-demand service to log in to the student account. The benefit of this service is that a single login allows students to log in to all applications offered by Chamberlain University. It works similarly to single-sign-on. How to reset the password?

Step 1 – Open the My Chamberlain Community page and click the Get Login Help link just below the login options.

Click the I need to reset my password link.

Step 3 – You will get two options to reset your password.

1. If you are logging in with your Chamberlain ID (D#).
2. If you don’t have a ChamberlainID (D#).

a-Click the first password reset link if you have your Chamberlain ID. A password reset screen will appear on the screen (as shown below)

Enter your email or username in the given field and click any one button from the Reset via SMS or Reset via email. You will get a password reset link via SMS or Email as per your selection. Click the password reset link and create a new password for your student account.

b-Click the second password reset link if you don’t have Chamberlain ID. A password screen will appear on the screen.

On the next page, enter your email address and click the Reset Password button. You’ll soon receive an email from the [email protected] email address including the password reset instructions. Read the instructions and create a new password.

Note: Please check your spam or junk folder also if you don’t get the email in your inbox.

How to recover the username?

Please follow the below steps.

Step 1: Visit the My Chamberlain community page and click the Get Login Help link.

Step 2: On the help page, click the I don’t know my username link and again click the username recovery link. A username recovery form will appear on the screen (as shown below).

Step 3: In this username recovery form, enter the last name, last four digits of the social security number, and date of birth. Complete the captcha verification and press the Submit button. You will get an email including your username.

Student Registration

Students can register a new account online through the official website. Visit the My Chamberlain community page and click the Register for My Chamberlain button.

Enter your First name, Last name, and Email address, and press the Sign Up button. Complete the registration process with the help of the on-screen instructions.
