Step-1 Open the official website

First of all, you have to open the official FCS UP website at fcs.up.gov.in. After opening this website you will see all the available information and services.

Step-2 Open the Ration Card Name Search page

Now you have to open the Ration Card Search page where you can easily search for your name in the list. For this, you have to click on the “राशन कार्ड की पात्रता सूची में खोजें ” link available on the right side of the official website.

After clicking on this link a new search form will appear on the screen.

Step-3 Search Your Name in the Search Form

After opening the search form you will get two options given below to search your ration card status online. You can use any of the options to find your ration card details.

1. राशन कार्ड संख्या से
2. राशन कार्ड अन्य विवरण से

Step-4 Search by ration card number

Select the “राशन कार्ड संख्या से” option. A new search form will be available on the same page (as shown below).

Now enter your ration card number in the search box and enter the security code given. Then click on the Search button. Your ration card status will appear below the search form.

Step-5 Search ration card with other details

From the same page select the “राशन कार्ड अन्य विवरण से” option. You will see a new search form (as shown below).

Now select the details given below in the search form.

• District
• Area
• City
• card type

Then enter the cardholder’s name in Hindi or English, the father’s name, enter the security code and click on the Search button. The details of the ration card will be available on the same page.
