Beaumont Health will use Epic’s Flagship healthcare product MyChart to help its patients get all essential medical treatment and other health-related services, data, and reports. To access your Beaumont MyChart, you need to sign up for an account on the Beaumont Health website.
Once you have an account, you can log in using your username and password. After that, you will be able to view your personal health information, such as your medical records and history, medications, and lab results including the Covid-19 test results, schedule appointments, request prescription refills, communicate with their care team, and online bill payment.

- After logging in to the MyChart account, Patients can implement additional security features such as facial scan lock and fingerprint scan lock.
3-Login through the official MyChart portal:
Patients can search and login into their provider’s MyChart account by searching the login link on the MyChart website.
MyChart is the official product Beaumont Health uses and if someone does not know the login URL then they can use the search facility available on the official website.

Step 1: Open the official MyChart website and click the Access MyChart link available there.
Step 2: On the next screen a search form will be available and patients can search for their provider in this form. Type your provider name in the search form. It is “mybeaumont” in this case. You will see the search result as shown below.

Step 2: On the next screen, click the Request access online link located on the right side of the desktop web page.
Step 3: On the next page, you will see two Sign-Up options.
- Adult Patient Access Form (17+)
- Child Proxy Access Request Form
Click the first option to open the online registration form for 17+ years of patients.
Step 4: Now fill out the registration form completely and submit it for further verification. The system will verify all details according to the information available in the database.
If all details match with the information on file then you will get instant access to your mychart account.
If there is any information mismatch then it may take a week in the verification process. You can also call the Customer Service number for help.
After the verification, you will receive an account activation code and you can instantly activate your account.
Step 5: After receiving the activation code, patients can activate their accounts instantly through the account activation process we have shared above.

Log in to your MyChart portal and connect with your doctor online to take any medical help. Patients can connect through telephonic consultation or through a video meeting option. Please ensure that you have a video meet-enabled device before scheduling any video meeting.
- Check your health record

- Manage your appointment

myBeaumontChart- Two-factor authentication | Beaumont Health
To enhance the security of your myBeaumontChart account, myBeaumontChart now requires two-factor authentication to access your account beginning May 31, 2022. More information is given below.
What is myBeaumontChart two-factor authentication?
Tow factor authentication in the My Beaumont Chart account requires additional authentication after entering your Mychart Username and Password. It is done through a security code you receive according to your two-factor authentication setup.
It adds an extra layer of security to your MyBeaumontChart login and prevents any unauthorized access. No one can access your account even if someone has access to your Mychart username and password.
Two-factor authentication requirements:
In two-factor authentication, patients will receive a security code through email or text message after entering their Username and password.
Patients need to authenticate their login by entering this security code. Patients are required to update their contact information in their Mychart account if they haven’t done yet or if the email address or phone number has changed. Patients can follow the below steps to update their contact information.
- Login to your myBeaumontchart account.
- After login, visit the personal information page in the account settings section.
- Click the Edit button to update your phone number and email address.
- Click the Save changes button.
- You will have to verify your new email address and phone number by entering a six-digit security code.
How to enable two-factor authentication?
You don’t have to do anything, Two-factor authentication has been enabled automatically for all accounts from May 31, 2022. Now, whenever you log in to your myBeaumontChart account first time from a new device, you’ll receive a six-character code via email or text message. You will have to enter this code to access your health information.
Note: The code will be valid for 30 minutes.
How do I get my Beaumont Chart activation code?
All Beaumont Patients can use their activation code to register a MyChart account. The activation code is written on the after-visit summary or billing statement after the patient’s visit to the hospital. Patients can access their after-visit summary by navigating to Visits > Appointments and Visits > past appointments.
Patients can also fill out the Online Access Request Form to receive an activation code through an email or letter from Beaumont Health.
Sometimes it may take a week to receive the activation code due to the verification process if there is any mismatch in the patient’s information with the information available in the database.
What kind of notifications I will receive?
Patients will receive important alerts through email or text messages related to the test result, appointment schedule reminders, medication alerts, video meeting alerts, billing statements, etc. Patients can manage their alerts service by logging in to their MyChart account.
How can I reset My Beaumont Chart password?
