3-Search Mychart login URL on the Mychart website:

If a patient is using the official website to access their account but does not know the current URL of the Mychart portal then the patient can search for the correct URL through the Mychart portal. Please follow the below steps.

1. Visit the official Mychart product page.
2. Press the Access Mychart button. A search page will appear on the screen.
3. Now type Renown in the search space.

4. After searching, you will see the Mychart Log In and Sign Up link for Renown Health.

How to recover the account?

In case a patient forgot the Mychart Renown username and password then there is a username and password recovery available.

Username recovery process:

1. Open the login page.
2. Now click the Forgot username link available on the login form.
3. On the username recovery screen, you will have to very your account by typing in your account information.
4. After that, you can press the Submit button to receive your username through an email.

Password recovery:

1. You will have to click the Forgot password link located on the login form.
2. A password reset form will open on a new page.
3. If you know your username, type it in the password reset form.
4. Type other details also and press the Next button.

If you are a Renown Health patient and getting any type of treatment there then you can sign up for a Mychart account to access your health record. Your health records are available 24/7 through secure login access.

Patients can register a new account through two processes.

1. Sign up through an invitation code.
2. Sign up online

1-Sign up through an invitation code:

Your sign-up process is very easy and instant activation is possible if you got your invitation code.

Note: Once a patient visits the hospital for treatment, the patient receives a Mychart invitation code along with the after-visit summary. The patient may also get an email including the invitation code and instructions about signing up for a new account.

Please follow the below sign-up steps.

1. Open the Renown Mychart portal homepage.
2. Click the Enter Code button to sign up through an invitation code.
3. On the next screen, enter your invitation code, email address, and date of birth and press the Next button.
4. If your invitation code is correct on the next screen, you will see an online form to create your new Mychart account username and password.
5. After creating a new username and password, you can log in to your account and access your health record and other services such as bill payment.

2-Sign up online:

1. Open the Renown Mychart website.
2. Click the Sign Up Now link available on the login screen.
3. You will see a long online registration form where you will have to enter your demographic information.
4. Enter all required details and press the Next button.
5. On the next screen, you will have to complete the identity verification process through a third party.
6. You will have to answer some questions to verify your identity.
7. After the identity verification, you can create your username and password.

Renown Bill Pay

All patients can pay their bills through a Mychart account. There are two ways to pay the bills.

1. Pay as a guest
2. Pay after login into my chart account.

1-Pay through Mychart account:

There are some benefits to paying bills through the Mychart account.

• Patients will receive their statements that they can check their statements in their Payment Wallet which is connected to their Mychart account.
• Patients can pay the full billing amount or they can enroll in the monthly payment plans.
• Patients may get financial assistance if they are not able to pay the complete billing amount.
• Patients can track their payment history through their accounts.

Please follow the below steps to pay your bill.

1. Login to your Renown Mychart account on the website or mobile app.
2. Navigate to Pay my Bill (Renown) through the menu. The patient will be redirected to their patient wallet.
3. You may click the View Bill link to view your billing statement.
4. The guarantee can now pay the full amount or click the Review Other Payment Options to check other plans.

2-Pay as a guest:

Guest payment facility is very useful to make an instant online payment by using any credit or debit card. If the patient does not have a Mychart account then guest payment is a convenient and faster option.

1. Open the Renown Mychart portal or mobile app.
2. Click the Pay bill as guest (renown) to open the online form.
3. You will have to verify your account first.
4. Enter the Account number and Guarantor’s last name and press the Look Up button to verify the account.
5. Click the Next button after the identification of the account.
6. View the billing information and make an online payment by using a credit or debit card.
