Telangana State Mineral Development Corporation (TSMDC) has launched a Sand Sale Management & Monitoring System to help Telangana people order sand online. Now all citizens of the Telangana state can order sand online through the SSMMS portal.
What is SSMMS telangana portal?
SSMMS, also known as Sand Sale Management & Monitoring System is an online portal developed by the Telangana State Mineral Development Corporation for the effective and transparent monitoring of sand sale and delivery in Telangana state.
Through this TS sand booking SSMMS online portal, all peoples are now able to track their order and find the location of the vehicle, track stockyard location, check the availability of stock at any stockyard, etc.

SSMMS TS sand booking online process
You can book sand online on the official website. The exact process is given below.
Step#1: Registration on the website
Step#2: Registration of the Vehicle on the website
Step#3: Login on the website
Step#4: Place sand order online
Step#5: Wait for the order verification by the TSMDC
Step#6: Add vehicle to the order and confirm the final delivery
Step#1: Registration on the website
- For a new customer registration please go to the official portal
- There is a registration link in the menu. Click on the “Customer Registration” link under this.
- Complete the OTP verification by sharing a valid mobile number.
- After the OTP verification, you can continue with the online registration by providing all the important information.
- You will receive a user id and password for the login. Please note down your user id and password
Step#2: Registration of the Vehicle on the website
Now you have to register your Vehicle for the transportation of the sand at the project location. Check the steps below.
- Again go to the official website
- You can see a Vehicle registration option under the Registration tab in the menu.
- Click on the vehicle registration link
- On the next page, you will see a vehicle registration page.
- On this page provide all important information such as vehicle type, vehicle number, quantity, chassis no, address which is written in the RC.
- Upload a clear scanned copy of Vehicle RC
- Enter the code and click on the “Register” button
Step#3: Login on the website
For the TS sand order you have to login on the website by using your login credentials you got at the time of customer registration.
For this you can click on the “Order sand booking” link on the official website.
After that you can login on the website by entering your user id and password
Step#4: Place sand order online
After successful log in you can place a sand order online. Check steps given-below.
On the new sand order page, you can fill in all required information related to the sand order such as
- Customer information – Name, mobile no, etc
- Sand order – address, village, Mandal, pin code, etc
- Type of sand – quantity, delivery date, type of work, etc
After that you can book your sand by click on the BOOK button. You will be redirected to the payment page.
Now on the payment page check all information again and pay the required fee. You have successfully placed a TS sand order.
Step#5: Wait for the order verification by the TSMDC
Once you place your order it will take some time for verification purposes. You will have to wait till the verification process completes. Once the order verified by the TSMDC you will see a verified status on the order report. Now you can proceed with the next step.
Step#6: Add vehicle to the order and confirm the final delivery
After the verification by the TSMDC, you can add a registered vehicle to your order through my order link in the menu and finally approve the order for delivery.
Now you can deliver your order through registered vehicle at your project location.
