Stormont Vail Health has started a health equity initiative “We Ask Because We Care” to advise their patients to update their Mychart accounts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The main idea is to make patients aware of the importance of the up-to-date Stormont Vail Health Mychart information and how it helps them receive proper care.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Stormont Vail Health also shared about this initiative in a tweet from their X handle @StormontVail<\/a>. Stormont Vail Health said, “Is your MyChart information up-to-date?
