You may also get a letter including your Mychart activation code. Once you get the activation code, please follow the below steps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Visit the <a href=\"https:\/\/mychart.parkview.com\/MyChart\/accesscheck.asp\" target=\"_blank\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/mychart.parkview.com\/MyChart\/accesscheck.asp\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Parkview Mychart account activation<\/a> page.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enter the account activation code, SSN, and date of birth.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Press the <strong>Next<\/strong> button.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Create your new username and password.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2-By using an Activation link:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you have scheduled an appointment then you may automatically receive an instant Activation link when you check in or you may also request an activation link through text or email.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once you get the activation link, click the link and set up your Mychart username and password.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3-Online sign up:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you don&#8217;t have any activation link then you can use the online sign-up facility. Visit the <a href=\"https:\/\/mychart.parkview.com\/MyChart\/Signup\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/mychart.parkview.com\/MyChart\/Signup\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Parkview Mychart Online Sign-Up<\/a> page. Fill out all the demographic details. After that, a third-party provider will verify your identity<sup>[<\/sup><sup data-fn=\"205ba154-5de1-41e5-bcc4-f88d13b3cc9d\" class=\"fn\"><a href=\"#205ba154-5de1-41e5-bcc4-f88d13b3cc9d\" id=\"205ba154-5de1-41e5-bcc4-f88d13b3cc9d-link\">5<\/a><\/sup><sup>]<\/sup>. After the identity verification, you can register your Mychart account. Please note that this online sign-up process takes around 7 days to complete.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Without an activation code or link \u2013 You may sign up online without a code or link.
