MyUHN Patient Portal (Mychart), online website, and other systems were facing system outage due to an unknown IT issue. All systems and the patient portal are again back online.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
University Health Network shared this information on their social media X handle. University Health Network has clarified that it was not a cyber attack event but an ongoing Code Grey network outage. UHN IT staff has already identified the issue and the issue has been resolved.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

UHN said…<\/p>\n\n\n\n Please expect appointment or service delays at Toronto General, Toronto Western, Princess Margaret Cancer Centre; and Toronto Rehab due to an unexpected system outage.
