Haryana CET Registration process 2023: HSSC gov in login on the one-time registration portal Haryana, how to register and submit an online application?

All candidates can log in to the online portal by visiting the official website.

Note: Please note that You can log in only if you have already registered on the portal.

HSSC CET Haryana login page

First of all, visit the official website https://onetimeregn.haryana.gov.in/eforms/login.aspx and select the Already Registered option. You will get two options to log in to the Haryana one-time registration portal.

  1. Log in by using mobile OTP.
  2. Log in by using the registration ID.

1-Login by using mobile OTP:

  • Select the mobile number option.
  • Enter your mobile number and press the Login button.

2-Log in by using the registration ID:

  • Select the registration ID option.
  • Enter your registration ID and press the Login button.

CET Haryana registration online form 2023: How to Apply?

Candidates can apply online by visiting the HSSC CET registration 2022 portal. You must have a working mobile number for the registration and verification process.

NOTE: A complete Haryana CET one-time registration is mandatory now if you want to apply for the Group C and Group D posts in Haryana Staff Selection Commission. If you have not completed all registration steps you will not be eligible to appear for the group c and group d government jobs

Below steps will be required to register and submit Haryana CET online application.

  1. Open the official website
  2. Login to the portal
  3. Select the Resident option
  4. Enter personal details
  5. Provide other details
  6. Provide communication details
  7. Provide education details
  8. Upload photograph and signature image
  9. Provide Socio-Economic Criteria details
  10. Verify and upload a signed application form
  11. Pay the required fee online

1. Open the official website

Visit the official website at https://onetimeregn.haryana.gov.in/eforms/login.aspx.

2. Log in to the portal

Login to your account by using your mobile number or registration ID.

3. Select the Resident option

On the next page, you will see a candidate registration page. On this page select your resident detail. If you select the “Resident of Haryana” option then you will have to enter your Parivar Pehchan Patra Id (PPP Id). If you forgot your PPP Family Id then you can search for that by entering your Aadhaar Number.

4. Enter personal details

After that, you will have to enter your basic details as mentioned below.

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Father’s Name
  • Mother’s Name
  • Date of Birth
  • Gender
  • Nationality

After that, select the check box and click on the “Next” button.

5. Provide other details

After that, you will have to provide all details asked on the next page (see the above image).

6. Provide communication details

On the next page, you will have to provide your communication details as mentioned below.

  • Address as per PPP
  • Correspondence Address
  • Pin code, State, District
  • Ward/ Block, Town/ Village
  • Email Id

7. Provide education details

After that click on the Verify email and enter the OTP received on the email id. After email verification enters your education details.

8. Upload photograph and signature image

On the next page please upload your Photograph and signature image. Please make sure that the size of the photo must be less than 500kb.

9. Provide Socio-Economic Criteria details

On the next page, you will have to provide the Socio-Economic Criteria details mentioned below.

  • State of Employment
  • Employment Status
  • Employee Code
  • Date of Joining
  • Retirement date
  • Pensioner/ CPF Id
  • Organization type
  • Organization name, etc

10. Verify and upload a signed application form

On the next page verify all details and take a print-out of your application form. Now sign this form and upload a scanned copy on the portal.

Note: Please convert the image file into a PDF file before uploading.

11. Pay the required fee online

Now you may proceed to the final step which is online fee payment. Your CET Haryana registration will be completed after the successful payment. For the online payment, you will be redirected to the e-grass application of the Haryana government where you can easily pay the required fee.

Instructions for uploading the photograph and signature:

  • Please make sure that the photograph and signature must be in a jpeg file format.
  • The size of the photograph and signature must not exceed the 500kb size limit.
  • All images must be recently scanned having good quality.

Note: The last date for registration for the Group ‘D’ posts is 26th June 2023 and the last date to pay the required application fee is 30th June 2023.

Some candidates are facing payment-related issues while submitting their online registration forms. While submitting the application form payment has been deducted from the bank account but it is not reflected in the Haryana CET registration form. Follow the below steps to share your payment-related issues.

Step #1: Open the official website. On the home page, you will see a link for payment-related complaints.

Step #2: Click on this link. A new page will appear on the screen including a complaint form (as shown below).

Step #3: Now fill out this complaint form by providing the below-mentioned details.

  • Candidate registration ID
  • Registered Mobile No.
  • Name of the candidate
  • GRN Number
  • Remarks

Step #4: After filling in all details hit the “Raise Concern” button. Your complaint has been registered successfully and the Haryana government will resolve this problem as soon as possible.

FAQs

What is the online application fee for HSSC OTR form?

The application fee is different for different categories. For general and unreserved categories candidates will have to pay Rs. 500/- application fee and for SC/ST/PwD/Other reserved categories candidates will have to pay Rs. 250/- application fee while submitting the online registration form.

What after the HSSC one-time registration?

After filling out the online registration form on the one-time registration portal candidates are eligible to attend the common eligibility test which the HSSC will conduct for Group C and Group D posts.

Can I edit my online application form after the final submission on the One-Time registration portal?

No, there is currently no such facility available to edit your successfully submitted Application form on the one-time Registration portal. All candidates are advised to make sure that all submitted information is correct before the final submission of the application.

What is PPP Id (Parivar Pehchan Patra)?

Parivar Pehchan Patra is issued by the Haryana government for the citizens of Haryana. It includes all family data of the people who reside in Haryana.

All citizens can apply for the PPP Id. After the registration, all citizens get an 8-digit PPP Id which can be used for different government schemes of the Haryana government.

What are the different modes of registration on the HSSC CET portal?

Currently, All candidates can register through a working mobile number only. Another mode of registration is not available yet.

The mobile number must be valid and working so that candidates can receive all future communications on the registered mobile number.

Also, a mobile number can be used only for a single registration. A separate mobile number is required for multiple registrations.

My family details in the Parivar Pehchan Patra are not correct.

If there is any incorrect information in the Parivar Pehchan Patra then you will have to make a correction in the PPP Id through the concerned department.

There is no facility in the Haryana CET portal to correct the PPP data.

How to enroll for Parivar Pehchan Patra family ID?

Currently, only an offline application mode is available to create PPP family ID. You may enroll for the PPP Family ID in three ways.

a) CSC VLEs: These are the village-level Common Service Centers located in different villages in the Haryana state
b) Haryana SARAL Kendras: You can apply through the Antyodaya Saral Kendrasvillage-level
Government
c) PPP Operators: PPP operators are specifically assigned to manage the PPP ID-related queries such as the creation of a new PPP ID or correction in the Family ID.

Below-mentioned documents are required to enroll for the new PPP ID:

Aadhar Card (mandatory)
Voter ID Card (for members above 18 years)
Bank Passbook/Statement (Name of the account holder and the family member in PPP
must be the same)
PAN Card (If available)
BPL Card (If applicable)
Any of the following as proof of Birth:
i. Birth Certificate
ii. Medical Certificate
iii. Matriculation Certificate
iv. School Leaving Certificate
v. Voter ID Card

How to make corrections in the PPP ID?

You can make corrections in the Parivar Pehchan Patra ID online and offline both ways.

Offline mode: You may visit the CSC VLEs, Saral Kendras, or PPP operators located in the different parts of Haryana state.

Online Mode: Please check the below steps.

Step #1-Visit the official “Mera Parivar Meri Pehchan” portal at meraparivar haryana gov in
Step #2-Click on the “Update family details” under the “Citizen Corner” option link in the main menu.
Step #3-On the next page enter your PPP family ID. You will receive an OTP on the registered mobile number
Step #4-Please enter the OTP on the next window to log in to the portal.
Step #5-After login you make corrections in the Parivar Pehchan Patra as per your requirement.
Step #6-Submit the application after making the corrections.
Step #7-Finally, To complete the process please visit any nearest Citizen service center and take a printout of the PPP ID, Sign that, and upload it again on the portal.
