IHA Cares Patient Portal

IHA Patient Portal Billing Services

IHA is a member of Trinity Health, which manages our Patient Billing Services. Your IHA bill will come from Trinity Health and will also include all other Trinity Health providers and facilities, such as Saint Joseph Mercy Health System, for your convenience. It will include an account summary, as well as detailed information about each visit.

You have three options to pay your medical charges.

1-Pay online

You can pay your bills through Mychart account.

• Visit the official website https://mychart.trinity-health.org/.
• Click the Pay as Guest link.
• On the Guest payment page, enter the Guarantor’s last name and account number.
• Click the Look Up button.
• After verifying the account, you can pay the required bill by using online payment methods such as credit card, net banking, etc.

2-By Phone

To pay by credit or debit card over the phone, please call 800.494.5797 between 8:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. EST. 

3-By Mail 

Fill out the bottom portion of your bill and return it with your payment to the address on your bill.
