How to login to the portal?
You can follow the steps given below to log in to the portal.
Step 1: To log in, first, you have to open the official website.
Step 2: After opening the official website, you will see a login link on the right and topside. Now you have to click on this login link.
Step 3: Now the login page will open in front of you. On this login page, you can log in by entering your user id, password, captcha code and go to your dashboard.
What to do in case of forgetting password?
If you do not remember your password, you can recover your password. Its facility was given on the login page on the official portal.
- First of all open the official portal and click on login link.
- Then click on the Forgot Password link.
- Now a new page will appear in front of you where you will have to enter your user-id and date of birth.
- After this you have to select one option between e-mail and mobile to receive OTP.\
- After this, by clicking on the Generate OTP button, you will get OTP. Enter this OTP again in the space provided and change your password.
How to Download Pension Slip?
Ex-employees of SBI can get information related to their pension through this portal and can also download pension slips. For this, first, you have to log in to SBI HRMS Pension Portal.
After logging in, you have to go to this section Pension Related Services. After this, you have to select the financial year and month. After this, your pension slip will appear on the computer screen or mobile screen and you can also download it.
SBI My HRMS Mobile App
A mobile app b has been issued by the State Bank of India through which all the facilities that are available through the online portal can be availed. Through this app also employees can apply for leave and get their salary. related information can be obtained.
To download the app, you have to open Google Play Store and search MyHRMS in Google Play Store. After searching you will see the link to My HRMS. Now you can download it from your mobile.
After downloading the app, you can open it and log in using your User ID and Password. After logging in, all the employees can view the details like leave, application for travel, reimbursement, SBI events, etc.
Apart from this, you can also update your profile through the SBI HRMS portal and upload a new photo to your profile or change your address, etc.
Please note that SBI HRMS Portal is designed only for Permanent Employees and Pensioners of the State Bank of India. Other employees will not be able to use it. If you are a permanent employee of SBI and want to use SBI HRMS Portal then you have to get your User ID after that you can log in using the default password and create a new password.
