Students can register for a course through their student portal account. Login to your account and click Course Registration under the Student Section on the left side menu. Select the required courses that are mounted for you and click register.

How to apply online for admission?
Students can apply online and offline for admission. Both types of application processes are available for students.
1-Online Admission:
An online application facility is available if you are planning to get admission to Ghana Baptist University College. Students can submit their admission application for the type of program and course they want to pursue. Different schools offer different types of degree and diploma programs in different streams as mentioned below.
Business School (BS): Apply for the degree and diploma programs offered by Business Schools in different streams such as Accounting, Banking and finance, HRM, Marketing, Public Relations, etc.
School of Health and Allied Sciences: Apply for the BSc General Nursing program.
School of Art and Social Sciences Education: Apply for different Bachelor of Education B.Ed. degree and diploma programs in different streams.
School of Theology and Ministry (STM): Students can apply for the Bachelor of Theology degree program and Diploma in Theology, Diploma in Music, and Diploma in Ministry.
Online Admission Process:
Students can submit an online application from the official website. Please check the below steps.
Step 1: Visit the official website https://www.gbuc.edu.gh/.
Step 2: Click the Apply Online Here link under the Apply Now menu item. An online admission form will appear on the screen.
Step 3: Now you will have to fill out this online application form. Please enter your details according to your identity proof and attach a recent photograph. Please enter the latest and working contact number and email ID to receive important communication from the University.
Step 4: Now share your preferred choice for the course you want to apply for. Select the mode of study and level of study.
Fill out and submit this form. Please note that you will have to pay the required application fee if applicable.
2-Offline Admission:
Students can download the admission form for the graduate program or post-graduate program. Please click the below link and download the required application form.
After downloading the application form, please take a printout and fill out the form by entering all required personal information, academic details, address and contact details, etc. Please attach all required documents with the application form and Mail them to the below address.
